> Personal Training:

Kirsty offers 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training, where each session is tailored especially to you with a free consultation and regular reviews. During your session, you will have the use of a private studio and a small selection of equipment.

Kirsty also offers small group private sessions for you and up to 4 of your friends or family, making your exercise classes personal, fun and enjoyable. These classes and the music can be tailored to your group. During the sessions you can choose from Boxercise, HIIT, Circuits, Legs Bums and Tums or general Fitness and Toning.

> Boxercise:

Boxercise is a fun class that will really work you hard. It will help increase both your strength and fitness. Classes give you all the fundamentals of boxing without physical contact other than with pads. The class can include pad work, shadow boxing, aerobic exercises, strength and toning exercises, circuit style classes and even games to keep it interesting.

> Sports Massage:

As a level 3 qualified masseuse, I can help to keep your muscles performing to the best of their ability with regular maintenance massages, muscle MOT’s if you will. In your first session, you will have an extra 15 mins free, to fill out any necessary forms.
