> Prenatal Mindful Movement:

A mindful movement class using exercises that are safe and gentle for the pregnant body. Combining movement, stretches, focused breathwork, rest and relaxation. The class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

> Baby Massage:

Sarah's a baby massage instructor training in 2008 by the international association of infant massage. Using her skills in infant massage and yoga, Sarah has created a specialised program involving many different styles of touch, movement, interaction and communication as well as mindfulness techniques to help you in the early months of parenting and beyond.

> Sound Therapy:

Sound Therapy uses vibrations, created by playing specialist instruments in therapeutic ways, in order to soothe your mind and body.  Sarah is offering gorgeous, relaxing sound baths and 1:1 sessions at The Space. > Energy Therapy:

Energy therapy sessions encourage a safe space for a therapeutic reset. You will be guided through techniques to encourage rest and relaxation and invited to set intentions that will inflence positive change in your life.

> Stretch and Sound Baby Class:

In Stretch and Sound Sarah teaches you a variety of movements, poses and positions to promote general health and wellbeing for you and your baby. The postures and positions used help with flexibility, beneficial stretching, improve muscle tone and coordination.

The movements we learn promote tummy time for babies and active play in the form of swings and dips which help to develop your baby’s perspective and vestibular system. We incorporate some Yoga poses which are practised to songs to develop the baby's sense of rhythm as well as promoting language development and communication between you and your baby.

The use of touch in stretch and sound also helps to create a happy secure trusting relationship between you and your baby and can help with positive attachment and bonding.

The release of endorphins in both you and your baby’s body through the stretches and movements we learn can help to promote relaxation and wellbeing. At the end of the session, we take time for relaxation in the form of sound therapy, breathing and meditation.
