Summer Evening Retreat

Join Izzy, Meg and Lynn for a gorgeous summer evening of rest and rejuvenation for tired body and soul.

5-7pm

Izzy will lead a restorative gentle & yin yoga session with  calming pranayama (yogic breathing), essential oils and massage adjustments in savasana, followed by yoga nidra - my personal favourite deep meditative rest to revive relax and restore. Massage adjustments in savasana (if you’d like them).

7-8.30pm

Time for journaling or chatting. Learn about and sample essential oils with the highly experienced Lynn Carter.

Enjoy delicious Greek sharing platters provided by Nutrition-led Caterer Meg Powell of Marigold Catering

Sharing platters:

Marinated olives

Hummus with pine nuts

Briam (Greek roasted veg, with olive oil and oregano. Cold)

Tzatziki

Halloumi

Pitta

Greek salad: Lettuce, red onion, tomato, cucumber, feta, olives and fresh oregano

Traditional dressing: Greek olive oil and red wine vinegar

Dessert:

Greek yogurt topped with honey, crushed pistachios and

chopped walnuts.
