I specialise in Women's Health and support women who experience unpleasant symptoms (most often hormone-related) such as acne, irregular/painful/absent period, hirsutism, low energy, low mood, anxiety, insomnia, infertility, weight gain, hair loss, headaches, etc. I help them to understand what might be causing their symptoms. Once I have a better idea of what's going on in their bodies, I create a plan with nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation recommendations. I might also use functional testing with my clients to help identify the root causes of their symptoms.

I see clients for a minimum of 3 months as I believe it is necessary to take time, in order to implement new habits if we want to sustain them in the long-term. I want my clients to feel empowered to take control of their health and well-being.

I offer various packages, each with a specific condition or goal in mind. They all include one-to-one consultations with me and some of them also include functional blood tests. See more on my website: https://www.releafnutritionaltherapy.com/workwithme

Through my training and clinical experience, as well as through keeping up to date with the latest scientific research, I will help identify why you feel this way. I will use my knowledge of the human body and nutrition to address these, helping you feel beautifully confident and ready to take on the world.

My approach is very simple and practical. I have a food-first philosophy and aim to help you achieve your goals through a balanced diet. But importantly I also feel passionately about helping you find time for yourself.

My aim is to help you achieve long term success, so you can spend more time on living, and less time on worrying about your gut, your next period or how your skin will behave.
