Thai Yoga massage combines practices from ancient India and China in the form of Yoga and acupressure. The stretching movements used in Thai Yoga Massage affect the entire body by increasing flexibility, releasing both deep and superficial tension, and helping the body’s natural energy to flow more freely. The wonderful benefits of these stretching movements, in which you’ll play only a passive role, are similar to those of Yoga.

Massage available in your home with pricing according to location.

Thai Foot Reflexology massage:

30 minutes: £28

45 minutes: £36

60 minutes: £43

90 minutes: £58

This ancient therapy is known to promote the body’s own healing powers and has been practised for thousands of years in countries such as India and China. It is based on the principle that the foot is like a chart or mirror image of the body. Specific manipulation and pressure of reflex points in the foot reduces and eliminates blockages in the corresponding glands or organs. Reflexology is much more than just a foot massage; foot reflexology promotes equilibrium and well being with a long-lasting impact.

> Cat Rowe

Cat Rowe offers Holistic Massage

I combine the long gliding strokes of effleurage with kneading, friction, tapotement and vibration to both stimulate and release the muscles, joints and overall soothe the body.

I intuitively use varied degrees of pressure to help my clients reach a state of blissful embodied calm. By empathically sensing what you need in the moment I attune to the areas of the body that need more pressure and release whilst keeping my focus on maintaining a holistic whole body approach.

I also provide a heated table to aid this process and use only high quality certified organic massage oils - this massage is truly healing magic!

>Sarah Patterson

Candlit Massage

Candle light has often been used to calm and focus the mind. We begin this treatment by putting our intent into the lighting of a beautiful candle (blended with Geranium, Sandlewood and Lavender Essential oils) giving you a focus point to reflect on throughout.

Whilst you're being cleansed with black olive soap and exfoliating kessa mitts, the candle melts down ready to be used for your fragrant and deeply relaxing back massage.

The use of , Moroccan black beldi soap and the genuine “hammam spa” kessa mitts for exfoliation will encourage the removal of dead skin cells which will aid new skin growth, thus leaving the skin feeling smoother and looking more bright and vibrant. The black olive paste is rich in oleic acid and vitamin E – and is a highly potent moisturiser.

The oils in the candle are blended with cocoa butter, shea butter, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil and vitamin E, ensures the skin is intensively hydrated and assists in reducing scars and facilitating healing from skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis

Other benefits include:

  • Relieves Lower Back Pain
