We are delighted to be hosting these monthly events, organised by Community Association Burston Community Wellbeing Projects.
Everyone is welcome to come for the full afternoon, taking part in various activities, or just pop in for a particular activity or as much time as you would like.
Booking is essential for the wellbeing activities - see below for all the info needed to book your spot. But if you would like to just come along for a cup of tea and a chat then booking is not needed.

Physiotherapy-led Pilates class with Francesca
Physiotherapy-led Pilates classes, suitable for all levels with plenty of modifications offered. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise to support existing joint/muscle pains, or for those generally trying to improve their overall core strength, flexibility and fitness.

Yoga with Issy Lawton
Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Classes are very dynamic covering all areas of the body. Also focusing on the breath, anatomical alignment principles and raising the collective consciousness through mindfulness.

Reflexology with Zoie
Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy working on reflex points predominantly on the feet, but also hands and face. Reflexologists believe that the body is represented in the foot and that by these reflex points they can dissolve blockages/crystals thus allowing the body to heal itself physically, emotionally and spiritually.

James has been healing for over 30 years, he's a fully qualified healer with The Healing Trust and is a Trustee and Regional Committee Member for the organisation.As a conduit, James attunes to channel energy to the recipient where it is intuitively received and flows to where it is needed. This may be in any area of the personβs energy field β body, mind, emotions or spirit.
