Join Meg Powell, Naturopathic Nutritionist for a detailed look at the Gut Loving Lunch that
accompanies her Gut Health, Nutrition & Digestion event.
Meg will be showing you, through slides and live demonstration, how to make a delicious menu of
gut loving foods. And the best bit is, you get to eat it for your lunch after!
Alongside this, Meg will also be doing an interactive workshop on how to make spicy Korean kimchi
and superfood sauerkraut and you will get to take a jar home.
She will also have a little look into other fermented and sprouted foods, find out about the benefits
of these nutritious types of foods and how you can make them in your own home.
You will also get to take home recipes for all of the foods you will experience on the day.

~Miso infused short-grain brown rice sushi rolls with hummus and avocado
~Roasted squash & red onion, Puy lentil salad
Grated root veg and hemp heart salad
~Green salad with sprouted alfalfa & lentils
~Raw honey & cider vinegar dressing
~Homemade kimchi & superfood sauerkraut
