Session: SEND/ASD Parents Support Group

An informal group for parents who have children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to meet, chat and share in a safe space. This group is open to anyone at any stage of life, whether your children are very little or much older. You are more than welcome to come if you suspect your child may have additional needs but are not formally diagnosed. A warm and judgement-free session to chat with parents that are going through similar expereinces to you.

No-booking needed, just turn up. This is a community-led group without a professional facilitator so to some extent it will run itself!

Workshop: Connecting to your cycle

We'll explore how the menstrual cycle affects our energy and wellbeing. We'll dive into each phase from high energy during ovulation to the more reflective times during menstruation. By understanding these rhythms, we can adapt our yoga practice and daily routines to support ourselves better. Let's explore together how honouring our menstrual cycle can lead to profound benefits, offering us a roadmap to greater harmony, vitality, and self-awareness.
