Workshop: Yoga with Tracey Clay - An introduction to Yogic Philosophy
12:30pm-1:30pm
You may have practiced yoga for some time, be fairly new to yoga or never stepped onto the mat before! But have you ever considered the questions?
What are the different forms/types of yoga?
What makes yoga different from, and more than, “exercise”?
What is the “purpose” of yoga?
What does it mean to practice yoga “off the mat”?
In this introductory taster session we will explore the answers to the above questions and more.
Please note we will not be exploring asana (physical yoga movement/postures) in this session. But… we will enjoy a simple breath awareness exercise and an extended guided relaxation. Suitable for all.

Group mindfulness session with Natalija Stevens
3:30pm-4:30pm
Sometimes, when mindfulness arises it can feel as if we are seeing things for the first time with a freshness that can take us by surprise. This quality of mind has been referred to as “beginner’s mind”, and has some of the qualities of wonder and appreciation that a happy child can have in experiencing new things. Come experience a group mindfulness session and feel it’s benefits!

NLP for a calmer mind set with Jeanette Creasey
Jeanette Creasey is a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and is registered with the GHSC (General Hypnotherapy Standards Council).
Jeanette chose to learn from the best, which meant attending Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) training with the co-creator Dr Richard Bandler. Many people coping alone with anxiety believe “they have no alternative but to put up with it.” I have clients who once believed this too! After becoming an NLP Master Practitioner I studied at East Anglian Institute of Hypnotherapy (EAIH) it was there that I qualified as a hypnotherapist, intergrating NLP with hypnosis.
30 minute private sessions.
